Sweet Tooth!

We all have the weekly…daily…hourly sweet tooth, but it’s hard to not fix that craving without eating ice cream, brownies or cookies! WRONG! There are plenty of healthy things to help that sweet tooth! Candy, yes I said candy. High cocoa dark chocolate is one of the best things you can put into your body. It is filled with nutrients to improve your health and lower a risk for heart disease! Fiber, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium and more is in this delicious treat! Doctors have said that a piece of high cocoa, dark chocolate a day can improve your health tremendously!

I have another awesome treat as a replacement for ice cream! My mom and I absolutely love finishing the night off with a nice bowl of “ice cream”. This “ice cream” includes light cool whip with strawberries,  bananas and if you want, shredded coconut! Light cool whip only has 1 gram of sugar, 5 grams of sodium and only 20 calories! It doesn’t taste guilt free, but it most definitely is! Next time you are wanting ice cream, try this instead, you will love it!
