Summer Produce Challenge

Summer is my favorite season for many reasons: swimming, relaxation, extra time for hobbies, and of course the fresh fruits and vegetables that come in season!

To take advantage of fresh summer foods, I will be choosing a summer fruit or vegetable to discuss. Multiple recipes will be provided along with some background information on the nutritional benefits of that specific produce.
